SAP Driver Database Terms and Conditions

In registering for the LOTR Recruiting SAP Driver Database, I am submitting my information for a truck driving job at my own free will. I understand that my information will be entered into the LOTR Recruiting Gateway and accessible to trucking companies that subscribe (whether free or paid) to the LOTR Recruiting Gateway. I understand that these companies are SAP friendly and hire truck drivers in the FMCSA's return to duty process. Furthermore, I understand that trucking companies may or may not contact me for open positions within their company; entering my information in this database does not guarantee me the right to employment.  In addition,  understand that I am accepting work at my own risk and I agree to hold LOTR Recruiting, its employees, and leaders harmless from any loss, damage or negligence with regards to any trucking company that I agree to work for.
