  • Sale means a unique purchase between the customer and LOTRR & Transportation.

  • Country refers to: Texas, United States

  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

  • Service refers to the Website and any other digital platform in which our products and services are housed.

  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.   • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Refund Policy

All Sales are Final. While we stand behind our products, services and industry expertise, because some of our products are digital goods and/or require a time commitment to source and place drivers, we are unable to offer refunds. This product applies to all products and services offered, to include but not limited to services rendered, lead generation and marketing, consultations, products, drug testing, consortium third party administration, education, online courses, digital downloads, workshops, membership opportunities, boot camps or otherwise. Life on the Road Recruiting & Transportation Services LLC, Get out of Prohibited.com LLC and TransportEQ Professional Development Solutions LLC. does not offer refunds. 

 

In addition, services are non-transferable and non-cancelable. We do not offer credit towards a future product purchase or service. We reserve the right to refuse services to any individual or company at our sole discretion and for any reason.

Disclosure Regarding Disputes and Chargebacks

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to our comprehensive refund policy and understand that all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. In the event of a dispute or chargeback, please be advised that we maintain detailed records, including initial signed contracts and all associated information pertinent to the services rendered. These records are retained to protect our company against chargebacks and disputes. We are committed to defending against any chargeback or dispute initiated after service completion and reserve the right to pursue all necessary measures to uphold our policy and recover any related costs.
