Describe your company's onboarding or orientation process. What steps are taken? If you do not have one please advise and our company will include driver orientation services in your consultation. Please provide the following: 1) Orientation location 2) How long will orientation last 3) Will the driver have to take a new DOT physical? If not, how much time should be left on their current DOT card. 4)Share any other pertinent documents or information that need to be collected prior to attending orientation. (ie. driver's license, ss card, med card). If travel to orientation is necessary, will your company cover travel expenses?
